Favorite thing about her job:
“No matter a person’s personal or family dental history, tooth loss does not need to be in anyone’s future. Prevention really is the best medicine! My favorite part of being a hygienist is teaching people how to stop gum disease and cavities in their own mouths, and seeing them become empowered by the changes they are making to their oral health. As a dental hygienist, empowering people to help themselves is the best reward!”
