Meet the Team

  

Barb‘s position: Patient Coordinator

Barb has been part of the team since 2000. She greets you, schedules, your appointments, accepts your payments, and helps manage your account. She is the office go-to person with any technical question and is always willing to be a good listener to staff and patients alike.

Barb is the mother of two wonderful children, Jacklyn and Justin with whom she loves spending quality time. Her interests outside of work include spending time at her weekend campsite in Pennsylvania and playing with her “furbabies” Charlie, Coco, and Buster.

Best thing about the office: The windows with all of the natural lighting and the view.

 

 
 

Marjorie‘s Position:  Patient Coordinator

Marjorie has been with the practice since 1995. She greets you with a sincere and friendly smile, schedules your appointments, and handles all of your needs attentively and warmly by phone, email, or in person.

Marjorie has been married to her wonderful husband Rick for 40+ years and together they have two married children, Chasity (Toby) and Sean (Patty).

There isn’t an animal that Marjorie doesn’t love, and the includes her 5 Grand dogs, 2 Grand cats, and 2 turtles. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and crocheting.

Best thing about the office: Her coworkers and getting to know our patients. 


 

Tamara‘s position: Chair-side Dental Assistant

 

Tamara graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental Assistants in Mentor, Ohio. She has been part of the team since 2012. Her daily responsibilities include assisting the doctors in the operatories with various procedures. She does lab work, x-rays, sterilizing of instruments, and updates patient charts.

Tamara is married to Chris and has two daughters Carissa and Erica and a stepson Chris Jr. She enjoys going camping as much as possible, ATV riding in the Allegheny forest in PA, and reading a good book. On weekends, Tamara likes to spend as much time as possible with her family, which also includes three dogs Layla, Ralo, & Bella and a cat named Cali.

 

Best thing about the office: Working with a wonderful group of people and the nice relaxing view in each operatory.

 

 Gretal‘s Position: Chair-side Dental Assistant

Gretal is the the newest addition to our dynamic team, but has years of experience in dentistry including 8 years in the Army.Working together in the operatory with the doctors taking x-rays and helping to make your appointment comfortable. 

She is married with two children; a son and step-daughter. Outside of dentistry Gretal enjoys spending time with her large family which includes two retired K9 unit dogs (Loreto and Zach) and Tiffany Ray the cat. In addition she likes camping and spending time in the great outdoors.

Best thing about the office: The Dental family and patients who make every procedure a new and fun experience. 


 

Tammy‘s Position: Chair-side Assistant

Tammy rejoined our practice recently after previously having worked with Dr. Miller in 2008. She takes pride in keep your appointment moving smoothing and efficiently, all while keeping you comfortable. She assists the doctors in taking x-rays, sterilizing instruments, and just genuinely caring.

Originally from PA and New Jersey, Tammy came to Cleveland in 1979 where she later graduated from Shaker Heights High School. 

Best thing about the office:

Being a Steelers’ fan and still having everyone love her.

Desiree‘s Position: Chair-side Assistant

Desiree has been with the practice since 2004 as a dental assistant. Working together in the operatory with the doctors taking x-rays and helping to make your appointment comfortable. 

She is a mother and grandmother, and feels very fortunate to have them here in Cleveland, Ohio. Desiree enjoys spending time with all her family and friends.

Best thing about the office:

The friendships made with coworkers as well as patients over the years.



Yelena‘s position: Dental Hygienist

Yelena has been with the practice since 2000.  Her duties include cleaning and polishing teeth, instructing patients in good oral hygiene habits, taking X-rays, and taking and recording patients’ medical history and medication lists.  

Yelena is married and has two children; Danny and Josh. She enjoys spending time with her boys and going on family vacations.

Best thing about the office: It is a great location. She spend much time on the road. She loves going to work because of working with a wonderful group of people who provide patients with the best quality care.

Michele‘s position: Dental Hygienist 

Michele has been with the practice for 18 years. Her duties include cleaning and polishing teeth, instructing patients in good oral hygiene habits, taking X-rays, and taking and recording patients’ medical history and medication lists. Together with Dr. Laniauskas, she is primarily responsible for the preventative care of a patient’s oral health.

Michele is married to Dean and enjoys her role as mother immensely, taking part in as many of her children’s, Bryan’s and Jessica’s, school activities as time allows. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and exercises by taking water aerobics classes.

 

Best thing about the office: The layout and her state-of-the-art operatory. She loves the convenient parking and especially the elevator for those patients who cannot climb the stairs.


 

Denise‘s Position: Dental Hygienist

 

Denise has been with the practice, quoting her words, “17 fantastic years”. Her duties include cleaning and polishing teeth, instructing patients in good oral hygiene habits, taking X-rays, and taking and recording patients’ medical history and medication lists. Together with the doctors, she is primarily responsible for the preventative care of a patient’s oral health.

Denise is married (14 years) to Terry and has two wonderful boys, Timothy and Matthew. She loves playing with her children, camping, and going on vacation with the family.

 Best thing about the office: It is in a great location. She doesn’t spend much time on the road, which gives her more time to spend with her family. The convenient parking is an added bonus.

 Laura‘s Position: Dental Hygienist

Laura has been a loyal employee and asset to this great team since 1999. Her duties include cleaning and polishing teeth, instructing patients in good oral hygiene habits, taking X-rays, and taking and recording patients’ medical history and medication lists. 

Laura has been happily married since 1997 and has been blessed with a beautiful son and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family especially travel baseball and basketball together. 

Best thing about the office: She loves the state-of-the-art operatory, and working together with patients to provide a healthy and confident smile!


 

Beth’s position: Dental Hygienist

Beth has been with the practice since 2001. Beth brings experience as a public health dental hygienist and clinical instructor in Cuyahoga Community College Dental Hygiene School. A few of the important services Beth provides are cleaning and polishing teeth, taking x-rays, and coaching patients in appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health. 

Beth enjoys reading, working out, walking, and traveling especially with her husband Peter. She loves being a grandmother and making memories with them! Beth is passionate about volunteering in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) as a Wildlife Watcher which provides interacting, sharing, and teaching moments about the natural words and it’s wonderful gifts. Beth is also a docent volunteer along with her husband on the Scenic Railway in our CVNP.

Best thing about the her job: Beth’s favorite part of her job is providing a valuable health care service while establishing connections with our patients. Beth considers it a privilege and honor working with our dedicated staff and patients.
